(two car lengths).
Currently there is a parking restriction at the requested location in place to allow visibility from residents driving
from the 505 North and South private driveway to access North and South Rd both northbound and
southbound. This request will reducevisibility to the turning movement from residents exiting through the
driveway and it could represent a traffic safety hazard.
The Public Works and Parks Department recommend keeping the parking restriction in place for traffic safety.
Request for comments to aproposal to reconfigure the 6500 block of Plymouth from a “Through
3.
street” to a “Cul-de-sac”
Please find attached Traffic Request Form submitted on August 21, 2012 by Earl Newman, representative of
Metropolitan Development Group, requesting input from the Traffic Commission on the concept tochange the
traffic configuration of the 6500 block of Plymouth from a “Through Street” to a “Cul-de-sac”.
