Cotton. <br /> <br />Also present w-es City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the July 24, 1995, minutes as sukmlitted. Mr. <br />Adams seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ADPOINIl~FRT, R~ADPOllqTMRNTS, OATH OF OFFICe. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams move~ that Mrs. Jo Seltzer, 8001 Oornell, be appointed to the Muni- <br />cipal Cci,~,,i~ion on Arts and Letters for an unexpired term ending Jam~a~ry 2, <br />1998. Mr. Schocmm~ seco~4_ed the motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams ;aoved that Mr. David F. Neiers, 916 Alanson, be reappointed to the <br />Board of Adjustment for a term expiring July 7, 2000. Mrs. Schuman seconded <br /> <br />Mr. _Ad_~_ms moved the reappointment of Mr. David P. Mastin, 6930 Cornell, to <br />the Board of ;~s for a term expiring August 1, 2000. Mr. Wagner seconded <br />the motion, ~hich carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoc~er moved that Council confirm the election of Ms. Marilyn Intaglia- <br />ta to the University City Loop Special Business District Advisory Oommission. <br />Mr. _Adams seomr~ed the motion, and all voted Aye. Ms. Intagliata was present <br />and was given the oath of office by the City Clerk. Mayor Majerus congratu- <br />lated Ms. Intagliata on her election and thanked her for being willing to <br />serve the City and the Loop in this important way. <br /> <br />Setting Public Hearing - Continental Cablevision (#1). A public hearing on <br />the rates, perfo~, and services of Continental Cablevision was recom- <br />mended for September 11, 1995, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council chamber. <br /> <br /> <br />
