Commissioner Wofsey listed a number of corrections needed in order for the Commission to approve the Bylaws, such as location of the meeting, language about absences to be handled similarly to the Council, anniversary for Chairperson election, numbering of the sections to be amended, definition of length of time for submittal of the traffic request, and addition of an emergency clause. Commissioner Gingrich recommended doing revisions online and agreeing via email for approval at the next meeting. Commissioner Wofsey will prepare a draft to include all the proposed corrections for the Traffic Commission to vote at the October 10, 2012 meeting. Commissioner Wofsey made a motion to vote for Commissioner Melcine Henderson to continue to be the Chairperson of the Traffic Commission, seconded by Commissioner Gingrich and unanimously approved.
