Thompson <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the January 9, 1995, minutes as submitted. Mr. <br />Cotton seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CITY ~'S <br /> <br />CONSENT (Fr rn s) <br /> <br />Emergency Repair Parts - Tub Grinder (#1). Approval of an emergency purchase <br />frc~ Gateway Equipment Company on January 12 of parts to repair the Public <br />Works Department's Olath Tub Grinder at a cost of $7,310.05 was reo~m~nded. <br />Repair was r~ed as soon as possible to grind leaves that were picked up in <br />the leaf recycling program. <br /> <br />Lion GatesMetalworkRestoration (#2). Four well-qualifiedarea firms bid on <br />restoring and reinstailing the bronze frieze panels and plaques on the his- <br />toricLionGates, as follows: <br /> <br />Russell-Marti Conservation Servioes, Inc.* <br />Objects Conservation, Inc.* <br /> <br />$19,900 <br /> 23,210 <br /> 27,000 <br /> 36,828 <br /> <br />*Woman-owned <br /> <br />Acceptance of the bid of $19,900 from Cassilly and Cassilly was recommended. <br />This Bond Issue project is very close to budget estimate. <br /> <br />Bond Issue - Playground Equipment for Mooney Park (#3).
