She urged all <br />counc~lm~mb~rs to attend, adding that every neighborhood association h~_.~ been <br />informed of the meeting. Mayor Majerus said this meeting will be the last in <br />this series, and Council will discuss t_his matter at its study session on <br />February 11. <br /> <br />Mrs. T~ said tomorrow at 9 a.m. the annual Dr. Martin IAxther King, Jr. <br />Youth Oelebration will be held at Powell Symphony Hall, and th~ University <br />City High School Band and ~hoir will perform. All are invited. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff said the State Legislature last year authorized bars to stay <br />open until 1:30 a.m. on certain Sur~ ~ys of the year, if approved by tb~ muni- <br />cipal governing body.
