VERSION 1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Manager’s Report <br />February 5, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Item 1: <br /> Gatesworth expansion at One McKnight Place and 3 McKnight Place. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND REVIEW: <br />Conditional Use Permit Amendments, Map Amendments <br />(Rezonings) and Preliminary Subdivision Plat <br /> <br />Applicant: McKnight Place Partnership II; McKnight Place Assisted Living <br />Proposal includes: <br /> <br />Locations: 1 McKnight Place (Gatesworth), 3 McKnight Place (McKnight Place <br />Extended Care), 8639, 8645, 8651, 8655, 8660, 8661, 8665, 8666, 8671 8672, 8678 <br />Barby Lane, and 8655, 8660 8664, 8665, 8668, 8669, 8673 West Kingsbury (and <br />involving 8630 Delmar and 8600 Delmar) <br /> <br />1) the expansion of the apartments for the elderly (Gatesworth) by 38 units; <br /> <br />2) the expansion of the nursing home facility (McKnight Place Assisted Living) by 37 <br />rooms; <br /> <br />3) the rezonings P060099 and P060100 of the addresses on Barby Lane and West <br />Kingsbury (listed above) from SR to HRO (except 8639 [north 67 feet of the lot] and <br />8645 [east 30 feet and north 67 feet of the lot] Barby Lane which are being requested <br />to be rezoned from SR to GC). Please note: staff and Plan Commission recommend <br />that the properties located at 8668 West Kingsbury and 8678 Barby Lane not be <br />rezoned and should remain SR; and <br /> <br />4) Preliminary Plat approval for lot consolidations, street vacations, street <br />reconfiguration, replatting of McKnight Place (between Delmar and Barby Lane) and <br />request for temporary construction easement on 8630 Delmar, special request from <br /> <br />I-1,2,3-a <br />February 5, 2007 <br /> <br />
