BILL 8923 — <br />An Ordinance amending CHAPTER 34 of the Municipal code of <br />the City of University City, Missouri, relating to zoning districts established <br />pursuant to section 34-22 thereof, and enacting in lieu thereof a new official <br />zoning map, thereby amending said map so as to change the classification of <br />properties at 8635, 8639 (portions of), 8645 (portions of), 8651, 8655, 8660, <br />8661, 8665, 8666, 8671, 8672 Barby Lane AND 8655, 8660 8664, 8665, 8669, <br />8673 West Kingsbury From "SR" – Single Family Residential District, to "HRO" - <br />High Density Residential Office District; excepting that the classification of the <br />properties known as the North 67 feet of the lot at 8639 Barby Lane and the east <br />30 feet and north 67 feet of the lot at 8645 Barby Lane shall be from "SR" - <br />Single Family Residential District to "GC" - General Commercial District; <br />containing a savings clause and providing a penalty <br /> <br />2. BILL 8924 — <br />An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to <br />be known as “7215 Dartmouth Condominium” and located at 7215 Dartmouth. <br /> <br />3. BILL 8925 — <br />An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to <br />be known as “7346 Forsyth Boulevard Condominium: and located at 7346 <br /> <br />Forsyth <br /> <br />4. BILL 8926 — <br /> An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to <br /> <br />be known as “849 Loop Living Condominium” and located at 849 Westgate. <br /> <br />5. BILL 8927 — <br />An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to <br />be known as “Amended and Restated Plat of 7398 Norwood Condominium First <br />Amendment” and located at 7398 Norwood. <br /> <br />K. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />NEW BILLS <br />1. <br />An ordinance authorizing the city manager, on behalf of the city of University <br />City, to enter into and execute an agreement with the Missouri Highways and <br />Transportation commission which provides that the city shall receive grant funds <br />for resurfacing activities on Eighty Second Blvd, Old Bonhomme Road, Etzel <br />Avenue and Kingsland Avenue This bill will become Bill 8928 <br /> <br />L.
