<br />Mayor Welsch reminded Council that the Missouri Perseveration Conference was <br />scheduled for Wednesday through Friday. She said the City is honored to host <br />preservationists from around the State of Missouri here in University City. Mayor <br />Welsch also reminded Council of the Police Department Focus Group which will be held <br />on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 6 p.m. at the Community Center. She said Make a <br />Difference Day would be Saturday, October 27, 2012 and that volunteers are needed for <br />all activities and for all youth leaders to bring their groups out for a great time in the <br />community. Mayor Welsch mentioned that on November 3, 2012, there would be <br />Electronics Recycling at the Community Center, and the MoChip Child Identification <br />Program would take place at the Brittany Woods Middle School. She said on November <br />3, 2012, in the evening would be the Fall Fire Festival at the Green Center. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch also reminded all that Election Day is November 6, 2012, and do not <br />forget to vote. <br /> <br />Q.
