<br /> <br />Board of Adjustment <br />December 18, 2012 Meeting Minutes <br />(approved 1/29/2013) <br /> <br />A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Tuesday December 18, 2012 at the Heman Park <br />Community Center located at 975 Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, Missouri. Approval of Minutes <br />The minutes from the November 20, 2012 Board of Adjustment meeting were approved. <br /> <br />2. Case # 12-11736 7346 Forsyth Boulevard <br />Derek Kessler with Thomas Realty Group, LLC, on behalf of Forsyth Condo Investments, LLC, <br />requested a variance to provide 14 parking spaces [including 8 existing basement parking spaces <br />and 6 proposed surface parking spaces] in lieu of the 15 spaces are required by Section 34-94.2 <br />of the Zoning Code for the multi-family building in the GC General Commercial District. The <br />variance was approved by a vote of 4 to 0. <br /> <br />3. Request for 180-day extension of variance case number 11-03526 7346 Forsyth <br />Boulevard <br />Derek Kessler with Thomas Realty Group, LLC, on behalf of Forsyth Condo Investments, LLC, <br />requested a 180-day extension of variance case number 11-03526, granted on January 18, 2012 <br />to maintain an aisle width of 18 feet in lieu of 22 feet for a proposed parking lot with 90-degree <br />parking space arrangement serving a multi-family residential building as required by Section 34- <br />92.5 of the Zoning Code. The request for a 180-day extension was approved by a vote of 4 to 0, <br />thereby extending the original approval until July 17, 2013. <br />tm; <br /> šE <br /> <br />
