MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 8, 1999 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall on Monday, November 8, 1999, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were <br />present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Mr. Paul Schoomer <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. EXCUSED: Mr. Wagner. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved approval of the regular session minutes from October 18, 1999. Ms. <br />Colquitt seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved approval of the study session minutes from October 21, 1999. Mr. <br />Sharpe seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved the appointment of Ms. Katherine Nikolai, 823 N. Jackson, to the <br />Traffic Commission for a term ending January 21, 2003. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, <br />which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />REAPPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved the reappointment of Ms. Jen Jensen to the Library Board for a term <br />ending June 30, 2002. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE: <br /> <br />Ms. Meine, the City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the following: <br /> <br />Mr. John Raney- Board of Appeals <br />Ms. Jean Dolan - Historic Preservation Commission <br /> <br /> <br />
