Old Business

None

Other Business

Public Comments –
Mr. Gregory Pace, 7171 Westmoreland, commented that the tax was implemented in January of
2007, and after listing the revenue and expenditure to current, stated that 53% of the funds had
been expended to date, leaving 47% in reserves. He felt that the funds should either be spent or the
tax should be abolished.

Ms. Elsie Glickert, 6712 Etzel, reiterated that flowers would make an immediate difference on
Olive Street road.

Ms. Riganti stated that previous meetings have been scheduled at the preference of the
Board and requested meeting times and dates to reconvene. She also requested that
Board members indicate if they have any questions after reviewing packet materials prior
to the meeting so that staff can ensure they have the information necessary to make
informed decisions. She also stated that staff would be requesting a placeholder in the
budget until the Board can reconvene and vote on the budget.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,

________________________
Jackie Wellington
EDRSTB Secretary

3
