<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL SESSION OF THE COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 18, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Council’s Special Session held in the City Hall, second floor conference room on <br />Thursday, January 18, 2007, was called to order by Mayor Adams at 12:00 p.m. In <br />addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Mr. Byron Price. <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br /> <br />This session was called at the request of Ms. Ricci and Mr. Wagner. The subject to be <br />discussed was representation of all wards on the Economic Development Sales Tax <br />Commission. <br /> <br />All Councilmembers were in agreement that each ward needed an appointee from their <br />respective wards to this commission. <br /> <br />With discussion, the Council presented two candidates, one in the second ward and one in <br />the third ward. The mayor agreed to think over those suggested and would inform the <br />councilmembers of his decision. Also, the representatives of the First Ward and Mayor <br />Adams agreed to meet following this meeting to develop a slate of possible candidates <br />who lived in the first ward. <br /> <br />Meeting was adjourned at 12:40 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Joyce Pumm <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />
