<br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Southwest Bell Telephone, L.P. d/b/a AT&T Missouri, a Texas limited partnership doing <br />business in Missouri as AT&T Missouri (“AT&T Missouri”) has applied to the City of <br />University City for a franchise to provide video services to the residents of University City. <br />Pursuant to the City’s Cable Communications Regulatory Code, the Council of the City of <br />University City will hold a public hearing beginning at 6:30 P.M. on February 26, 2007, at <br />th <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar, 5 floor, to receive public comments regarding the future cable- <br />related needs and interests of the City of University City and the granting of a franchise to <br />provide video services to AT&T Missouri. At or following that meeting the Council may <br />consider an ordinance to grant a franchise to AT&T Missouri to provide video services in <br />the City pursuant to the Cable Communications Regulatory Code.
