He said it was <br />not unum~] for money to be put in reserve to ensure that r~n4ed ~3rk is done <br />pkq~rly, and he felt sane action of that type must be taken here. <br /> <br />Mr. Eugene Rubin, 923 Barnard College Iane, said most of the University Place <br />residents signed a petition asking that an es~u~ or other method be used to <br />require the developer to make certain ~rov~m~nts. Fa said the Plan Cu,.,.~-~- <br />sion approved this request, as did the City Council; however, the Council at- <br />t~,~ted to reverse itself at the last meetiz~, but UniverBity Place was not <br />notified that this totter was on the agenda. He said residents only want to <br />p.r. ut~'~,5 ~lves, and ba asked Council to state the ~m~u~ or methods <br />that will be used if the builder/developer does not do all that he p~ised. <br /> <br />Ms. Kathryn l~xzm~..h, 931 Morehouse Tare, said she enjoys living in her house in <br />University Place but felt the developer has an obligation to the residents to <br />c~aL~lete work ba said he would do. <br /> <br />Mo.
