September 26° 1994 Mr. Wagner moved approval of the Se~ 26, 1994, m/nutes as suh~it~a. Mr. Cotton seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. October 6, 1994 Mr. Wagner moved approval Of the minutes of the special meeting held on Octo- ber 6, 1994. Mr. ~a~ms secona_ed the motion1. Mrs. Sd~m~n noted that on page 2 it was repor~a that she both moved approval and secunded the agenda item on alley reconstruction. The City Clerk said the minutes will be corrected before tbay are circulatea~. All voted Aye. ,Mrs. T~-,~ arrived at this time. OATH OF O~'~'iCE Mr. James W. Richardson, recently reappointed to the TaB'L--dry Board, was given the oath of office by the City Clerk. Mayor Majerus said Council appreciates all tba time and effort given by Ric/klrdsc~ in his service on the THh~--dl~] Board. Mr. Michael Rodman, Washington UnivexBity s~w~nt representative to the City Council, said he was concerned about several attacks on s~3~ents recently on Melville between Kingsbury and Delmar. He noted both the University and City were taking m~ares to make this area safer. He said Council will be invit- ed to attend a meeting on this matter as soon as a date is set.
