Schocmer moved to add two more ccraitions--that the direction of security <br />lights be controlled so as not to impact the adjacent neighborhood, and that <br />cceltract refuse pickup be ] ~m~ted to after 7 a.m. Mrs. Schuman ~ the <br />motion.
