There is no public <br />~ for this alley, and all but c~e adjacent cea~er have petitic~ed for this <br />action. However, t_he alley and adjacent pLuperty have been used for impLuper <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus opened the public hearing at 7:55 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Tim Hepler, 1069 N. Hanley, who lives near the alley in question, said <br />there have been code violaticr~ in the vicinity of the alley for quite srm~ <br />time which have been re~or~a to the City, but no action taken.
