After brief discussion, it was decln~a that Council will <br />think about this, and if nl~ired, it can be taken up at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schuman said in early July a lot of attention was givem Delta Sigma <br />Tneta and Habitat for Humanity Volunteers, who cocperatively built 15 bimes <br />in St. Louis and Fast St. Xnuis. She said hundreds of University City resi- <br /> <br />University City Public Works Department for responding so quickly and gener- <br />ously to a last-minute call for wood (hip mulch at the building site in St. <br />Louis.
