In response <br />to Mrs. Scbmmn, Mr. Ollendorff said the City wants to make all three parties <br />(owner and two pLu~rietors) responsible for daily refuse collection. In re- <br />sponse to Mrs. Echuman, Director of Plannir~ A1 Golaman said it would be very <br />difficult to put the trash enclceure in another locatic~ since parking would <br />be lost. Mr. Wagner had sc~e cex~rns about the ~.mT~ct of late closing c~ <br />nearby residents. Mr. Ollendorff said residents were notified of the public <br />hearing at the Plan (Xa~',..{~eic~ meeting and four attended, although nc~e men- <br />ticked late hours as a prc~len; c~e had curryares about traffic. Mr. Schoom~v <br />thought any chjectic~s had been met by the ccraiticr~. <br /> <br />Mrs. S~human moved to amend the approval metice by restricting refuse collec- <br />tic~ specified in Conditic~ #5 to after 7 a.m. Mr. Wagner secoraed the mo- <br />tic~, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner as~a if the late hours were re~.,~ed by I_mo's.
