Cottu~. Mr. Jcee~h L./~l~m~, Jr.. Mrs. MaryV. Sdmman Mr. Paul E. Mrs. BettyL.~Ka~sc~ .Mr. Cottc~ arrived at 7:49 p.m. and Mr. ~a~ arrived at 7:32 p.m. ABS]~T: Oounci~ Robert G. Wagner. Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. Mrs. ~h~m moved approval of the June 6, 1994, minutes as suk~nitte~_. Mr. Scho~a~-r sec~lded the motion, which carried unanimously. Mr. Schon~r moved that Council recognize the electic~ of Mr. Timothy Hepler, 1069 North Hanley, as the police representative to the Board of Trustees of tba Police and Fi~eal's Patirement Fund for a term expiring July 1, 1998. .Mr. ~ arrived at this t~. Mrs. Th~L~eon moved that Sr. Margaret M. Vitt, 7204 Forsyth, be reappoir~a to the C~Lmdssion on P~m~n Relaticr~ for a term e~piring August 7, 1996. Mr. Sc/3ocmer secorr]ed the motion, which carried unanimously. Mr. ~ Es3ved the reappo~ of Ma. Coterie Brown, 7038 Melrose, to tba Traffic O~,.,,i-~sion for a term expiring JaD,,~/F 21, 1997. Mrs. Schuman sec- onded the motion, and all vot~ Aye. OATHS OF Mr. Joel Mcels~l, II, recently appoin~a to the Board of Appeals, and Mr. Carl H. Marsh, a new appointee to the Historic Preservation O~.assion, were given the Oath of office by the City Clerk. O Mayor Majerus thanked the new members for their willingness to serve Univer- sity City in this way.
