4. BILL 9199 – <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 15.03 of the Municipal Code of the <br />City of University City, Missouri pertaining to the Fuel Gas Code. Per the request <br /> <br />of Mayor Welsch the ordinance was read for the second and third time. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow moved to approve Bill 9199 and was seconded by Mr. Sharpe. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: <br /> Mr. Price, Ms. Carr, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe and <br />Mayor Welsch <br />NAYS: <br /> none <br /> <br /> <br />Bill 9199 carried unanimously and became Ordinance 6932. <br /> <br />5. BILL 9200 - <br /> An ordinance amending Chapter 8.28 of the Municipal Code of the <br />City of University City, Missouri pertaining to the Property Maintenance Code. Per the <br /> <br />request of Mayor Welsch the ordinance was read for the second and third time. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to approve Bill 9202 and was seconded by Mr. Price. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow stated that Item Number 2 in the budget amendment says that to offset a <br />decrease of property taxes a projection of building licenses and building zoning <br />fees are being increased by $50,000.00 each.
