New Chair Person Election <br /> <br />4. Approval of Minutes November 13, 2013 <br /> <br />5. Delcrest Parking restrictions <br /> <br />Request to remove parking restriction on the north side of Delcrest Dr, currently in place for Monday <br />to Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM. <br /> <br />6. Parking restriction request in front of 6923 Raymond Avenue <br /> <br />Request to restrict parking across from a private driveway at 6924 Raymond Ave. <br /> <br />7. Passenger zone – Jackson and Balson intersection <br /> <br />Request from School District to establish a passenger zone (Pick up – Drop off) around the Jackson- <br />Balson intersection. <br /> <br />8. Establishment of a Bus Parking Zone on Jackson Ave north of Balson Ave <br /> <br />Request from School District to establish a bus parking zone on the west side of Jackson Ave from <br />Balson Ave to Shaftesbury Ave. <br /> <br />9. Midland Crosswalk request <br /> <br />Request to create a crosswalk on Midland Ave at Shaftesbury Ave. <br /> <br />10. FYI - Bicycle Facilities Improvement Project <br /> <br />The City received a Surface Transportation grant through the Missouri Transportation <br />Commission to upgrade bicycle and pedestrian facilities throughout the City in accordance <br />with the City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan. This project will include the installation of <br />Sharrows and Bicycle Route signage. Sharrows are painted, full-lane width shared lane <br />markings with Share-the-Road. Sharrows can be utilized when dedicated bicycle lanes are <br />www.ucitymo.org 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
