unwers <br /> <br />6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri 63130, Phone: (314) 862-6767 <br /> <br />RFSOI UTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of University City must borrow money to pay for the <br />construction of a public parking facility at 6319 Delmar, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, proposals for this borrowing have been received and analyzed from <br />seven financial institutions, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears the proposal from Edward D. Jones presents the most <br />favorable terms, conditions and costs to the City, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Edward D. Jones proposal is <br />accepted and it is further <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized and directed to have appropriate <br />documents prepared to conclude this borrowing. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />city Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
