BILL 9215 – <br />An ordinance amending various sections of Chapter 10, vehicles and <br />traffic, to revise various traffic regulations as provided herein. The ordinance was <br />read for the second and third time. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow moved to approve Bill 9215, was seconded by Mr. Kraft.. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: <br />Mr. Price, Ms. Carr, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor <br />Welsch. <br />NAYS: <br /> none <br /> <br />Bill 9215 carried unanimously and became Ordinance 6949. <br /> <br />2. BILL 9216 - <br /> An ordinance to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract <br />between the City of University City and the Missouri Highway and Transportation <br />Commission providing for the pedestrian improvements on Jackson Avenue and <br />Balson Avenue. The ordinance was read for the second and third time. <br /> <br />Ms. Carr moved to approve Bill 9216, was seconded by Mr. Sharpe. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: <br />Mr. Price, Ms. Carr, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor <br />Welsch. <br />NAYS: <br /> none <br /> <br />Bill 9216 carried unanimously and became Ordinance 6950. <br /> <br />3. BILL 9217 - <br />An ordinance adopting and enacting a new Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of University City; establishing the same; provided for the repeal of certain <br />ordinances not included therein, except as herein expressly provided; providing for <br />the manner of amending such Code of Ordinances; providing penalty for the violation <br />thereof; and providing when this ordinance shall become effective. The ordinance <br />was read for the second and third time. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert moved to approve Bill 9217 and was seconded by Mr. Kraft. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />6 <br /> <br />
