Mr. Glickert asked Mr. Leachman if he would provide Council with names of some of <br />the other communities that have adopted this program. Mr. Leachman stated that <br />they have been officially endorsed by Webster Groves, Creve Coeur, and that he <br />anticipates partnering with Wentzville after the first of the year. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe asked Mr. Leachman if the details of the program could be provided in <br />writing. Mr. Leachman informed Mr. Sharpe that he could provide him with literature <br />on the program tonight or that it could be found online through the Society’s <br />website. <br /> <br />Voice vote on Ms. Carr’s motion to approve Resolution 2013-19 carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Resolution 2013 – 20 <br />resolution approving the submission of a St. Louis County <br /> <br />Municipal Park Planning Grant application for Heman Park inventory and evaluation. <br /> <br />Ms. Carr moved to approve Resolution 2013-20, was seconded by Mr. Glickert. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft questioned whether the Resolution needed to be amended? Mayor <br />Welsch stated that the amendment had already been made. <br /> <br />Voice vote on Ms. Carr’s motion to approve Resolution 2013-20 carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Resolution 2013 – 21 <br /> resolution for adoption of Council Rules and Procedures, <br /> <br />December 9, 2013. Resolution was postponed until, January 13, 2013. <br /> <br />O. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (continued if needed) <br /> <br />P. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Mr. Price asked Mr. Walker whether there were any plans to pave George Street next <br />spring. Mr. Walker stated that the City did have plans to do so. <br /> <br />Mr. Price asked Mr. Walker when any action with respect to alleys would be initiated? <br />Mr. Walker stated that staff had already provided Council with information regarding the <br />schedule for the alleys which will begin as soon as the whether permits. <br /> <br />Mr. Price asked Mr. Walker for the status of the Elevation Study for homes located in the <br />floodway. Mr. Walker stated that the City had just received funding for the study and <br />was in the process of commencing its implementation. Mr. Price asked Mr. Walker if <br />Council could receive periodic updates? Mr. Walker stated that he would do so. <br /> <br />Q.
