<br />Mr. Price announced that the funeral services for Ms. Fannye Houston will be held on January <br />st <br />31 from 9 to 11 a.m., at Spirit of Love Church located at 2741 Dayton. He stated that the <br />repast will be held immediately following the service at the Heman Park Community Center. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch stated that Ms. Fannye Houston was a very committed community volunteer who <br />served for many years.
