February 9, 2014 <br />Economic Development Retail sales Tax Board <br />City of University City <br />6801 Delmar Blvd <br />University City, Missouri 63130 <br />Re: EDRST Funds Request Application <br />Dear EDRST Boards Members, <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of The Loop Media Hub is to create high value jobs, improve real-estate value and create additional <br />public and private sector opportunity by the design and construction of a high speed Internet system that will <br />magnetically attract entrepreneurs and data oriented businesses to The Loop. The system will include a public access <br />wireless network and supporting fiber optic infrastructure.
