<br />Plan Commission <br /> <br />February 26, 2014 Meeting Minutes <br />(approved 3/26/2014) <br /> <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting at the Heman Park Community Center located <br />at 975 Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, Missouri on February 26, 2014. The meeting <br />commenced at 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br /> <br />Voting Members Present Voting Members Absent <br /> <br />Linda Locke (Chairperson) None <br />Cirri Moran (Vice-Chairperson) <br />Michael Miller <br />Rick Salamon <br />Andrew Ruben <br />Rosalind Williams <br /> <br />Non-Voting Council Liaison Present <br /> <br />Mayor Shelley Welsch <br /> <br />Staff Present <br /> <br />Ray Lai, Deputy Director of Economic and Community Development <br />Zach Greatens, Planner <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Salamon to approve the January 23, 2014 meeting minutes. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Miller and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Final Development Plan 14-01283 Request for approval of Final Development Plan <br />for proposed renovations to the existing senior living facility including substantial <br />reconfiguration of the parking area and allowance of accessory uses to be open to the <br />public including, but not limited to, a ground floor café at 8348-8350 Delcrest Drive <br />(Crown Center for Senior Living). <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens provided an overview of the project including a maps and pictures of the <br />subject property and background information.
