Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. Mrs. ScJ~mnn ~oved approval of the m~ of Oc~__nber 4, 1993, as s~mhm{tted. Mr. Schocmer seccrrled the tootics1, which carried unanimously. RFAPFOTN~NF~S Mrs. Scb~mnn ~i3ved tha reappointxgents of Ms. Dorothy Davis, 7341 Balsc~; Ms. Kathryn ~Qlite, 7051 Pershing; Mr. Mars Howard, 7046 ~; and Mr. David Fcshage, 8027 Teasdale, to the University City Cu~L,~ttee for Access and Local Originatic~l Pro~x~mning (CALOP) for terms expiring SeFtember 9, 1996. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. T~a City Clerk read a procl~maticsl which designates Octc~er 23-31, 1993, as Red Ribbon ~'~k in University City. Mrs. S(t]uman merged approval, Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. Mrs. Scbuman invited all present to help kick off ~ P~hon Week by attend- ing a rally at the high school football stadi~n at 1 p.m. Sunday, October 24, followed by a parade to the Cu,.,~mity Center at 2:15 p.m., where there will be further festivities.
