Mr. Schoomer moved approval, with Mrs. Thompson seconding the motion. All voted Aye. f EXECUTIVE SESSION Mrs. Schuman moved that Council meet in executive session at 8:25 p.m. this date in Room 6 of City Hall for purposes of discussion of personnel matters. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Schuman, Schomer, Thompson, Adams, Wagner, and Mayor Majerus. NAYS: None. ABSENT: Council.member Price. MISCELLANEOUS Mayor Majerus reminded those running for reelection that Public Relations Of- ficer Shayla Tate was waiting for their candidate statements for the U. City News. She said she had a special thank you from Ms. Tate for Mr. Adams, who already submitted his article. The Mayor also reminded those with appointments to boards and commissions to make the appointments in a timely fashion so their turns are not forfeited.
