Session 1509, Minutes Page 5 <br /> Irimpe January 8, 1990 <br /> Bill No. 7937 was given its second reading. <br /> Bill No. 7937 was given its third reading. <br /> Mr. Schooner moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance. Mrs. Schuman <br /> seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYES: <br /> Councilmelnme hers Schoomer, Price, Adams, Wagner, Schuman, and Mayor Majerus. <br /> NAYS: None. ABSENT: Cauncilmember Thompson. The motion carried by a vote <br /> of six to zero. Bill No. 7937 became Ordinance No. 5730. <br /> Mr. 011endorff said the preceding three bills completely clarify that first <br /> floor space in the Delmar Loop may be used only for retail sales. <br /> BILL NO. 7938 - PROVIDING FOR THE PEI REIMEURSEMENT OF CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS FOR <br /> EXPENSES INCURRED BY THEM IN OPERATING THEIR OWN AUTOMOBILES ON CITY BUSINESS. <br /> Bill No. 7938 was given its second reading. <br /> Bill No. 7938 was given its third reading. <br /> } <br /> Mr. Wagner moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance.
