Price* ¢. <br /> Mr. Joseph L. Adams, Jr.* <br /> Mr. Robert G. Wagner <br /> Mrs. Mary V. Schuman `s <br /> Mr. Paul E. Schoomer <br /> Mrs. Betty L. Thompson <br /> t <br /> *Councilmembers Price and Adams arrived. at 7:44 p.m. and 7:34 p.m. , respec- <br /> tively. <br /> Also present was City Manager Frank 011endorff. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Mr. Wagner moved approval of the November 19, 1990 minutes as submitted. <br /> Mrs. Thompson seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. 1. <br /> 1 <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Mrs. Schuman moved the appointment of Sister Margaret Marie Vitt, 7204 For- <br /> syth, to the Commission on Human Relations for a term expiring August 6, Af <br /> 1993. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> Mrs. Schuman moved that Mrs. Nancy Shumake, 7001 Waterman, be appointed to <br /> the Municipal Commission on Arts and Letters for an unexpired term ending <br /> January 2, 1993. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> OATHS OF OFFICE <br /> Mr. Stewart Berger and Mr. Johnson Lancaster, whose election to the Universi- <br /> ty City Loop Special Business District Commission was confirmed by Council at <br /> its last meeting, were given the oath of office by the City Clerk. <br /> Mayor Majerus thanked Mr. Stewart and Mr. Lancaster for their willingness to 0i <br /> serve, and said the Council depends greatly on its citizen boards and commis- <br /> sions for advice. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY REPRESENTATIVE <br /> Iribrel Mayor Majerus introduced Washington University student M. Chris Mueller, who <br /> was recently elected as the University's representative to the University <br /> City Council. <br /> t <br />
