She said the City <br /> <br />that a barrier should be erected at that location, as Ladue and Claytc~ have <br /> <br />representatives to pro~nt the ~mage of University City, and said ~ <br />can use 1-170 to get to Ladue Road as they did previously. <br /> <br />Mr. Stanley Harris, 640 Vassar, mx/gested again that the ordinance that takes <br />effect October 16 making the a-n~= ~ cr~-way should be rescinded.
