SESSION 1602 <br /> <br />D[[NUTES OF ~ U~ITY cI'IY (IXINClL <br /> <br /> September 13, 1993 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Coun- <br />cil Chamber of City Hall On Monday, Se~ 13, 1993, Mayor Janet Majerus <br />presided and called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In additiOn to the <br />Mayor, the following menbets of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Bymm R. Prioe <br />Mr. Joseph L. ~a~, Jr., <br />Mr. Robert O. Wagner <br />Mrs. Mary V. Scb,~n <br /> <br />Mrs. Betty L. ~, <br /> <br />*FUr. Ada~ arrived at the meetin~ at 8:01 p.m., and Mrs. ~I~,-,i~ left at <br />8:03 p.m. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollerfiorff. <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus called for a nreent of silence to cue. L..a~orate the signing of <br />the historic peace agreement which took place today between the Palestine <br />L~heratiOn OrganizatiOn and the State of Israel. <br /> <br />16, 1993 <br /> <br />FUr. Bcb~ ~ aUproval of the minut~ of the August 16, 1993 meeting as <br />submitted. Mrs. Schuman seconded the motiOn, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />September7, 1993 <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved that the minutes of the special meeting On Se~ 7, 1993 <br />be approved as received. Mrs. Schuman secorr]ed the motiOn and all vo~ed Aye. <br /> <br />COi4~'jj~MATION OF RIF~JA'AON <br /> <br />FUr. Schocaner moved that Council confirm the reelectiOn of FUr. T~l-y Evans to <br />the Board of Trustees of the NOnJJniformed Er~01oyees PatiA~e_nt Fund. FUr. <br />Wagner seconded the motiOn, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />FUr. Alex Falls, Washington University s~nt representative to the Council, <br />had nothing to report at this time. <br /> <br />The City Manager said Mayor Majerus asked that Ite~ 5 (Office Supply Purchas- <br />ing Pro~A~m) be renoved f,um the Consent Caleraar for separate corsideration. <br /> <br /> <br />
