MAR EKIEEVARD <br /> <br />Tna City Manager recommended approval of a ccraiticr~ll use permit to allow <br />Kimble Cuhn and Sanford Talley to ~ with r~habilitating and cc~Nerting <br />this former sdl~ol building into a mdti-tenant office structure. The Plan <br />Oa~mdssic~ and staff also rec~e~ approval with the following ccraitic~s: <br /> <br />1. Occupancy shall be limited to professic~lal, business or institutional of- <br /> fices. <br />2. A phased, detailed larascaping plan shall be s~bmltt__~__ for revie~ and ap- <br /> proval by the D~r of Planning. Iandscaping shall be installed and <br /> ma~ in accordance with the approve] plan. <br />3. Mayor Majerus said the City is ext~u~aly pleased that this <br />building is going to be rehabilitated and restored to its fornear glory. <br /> <br />The City Manager said part of the franchise renewal procedure for Cclltinental <br />_~_blevisicn requires a public b~ring, which was scheduled for this date and <br />time. Citizens are encouraged to current on c~hle-related c~almunity needs, <br />the performance of the c~any, and legislation affecting cable rates.
