Alter said the one foot space between the <br />building and the cooler will be clceed in. Director of Planning Al Goldman <br />was asked to c~.L~.ent, and he said it looks as if the parking area next to the <br /> <br />C~de. Mr. Alter said cars will still fit cr~for~ahly in those s~aces. <br /> <br />Mr. Tce Cohen, architect and part-owner of Fitz's, said the parking aisle <br />will not be narrowed by the cooler projection. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval with all conditions, hfc allowing for the use of a <br />staraard size cooler, as d{-~m/ssed above. He said the hearing was set for August 4, but the <br />University City Prosecutor was 20 m~nutes late so the case was reset for the <br />next day. He said he again took off work, hut the Prusecutor was more than <br />45 minu~ late for the trial and he had to return to work before the prose- <br />cutor arrived. Fa said the situation is intolerable and he asked what the <br />Council intends to de, or if he must sue to get satisfaction. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner asked that the third reading of Bill He. 8140 he postponed, at the <br /> <br /> <br />
