June 28. 1993 Mrs. Sdlum~n moved approval of the m{nutes of the special meeting ~1 June 28, 1993. Mr. ~a~ secoTrled the motion, era all voted Aye. On behalf of Mr. Price, Mrs. ~h~ec~ moved the appointment of Mr. Ernest Stewart, 1417 Forest Green Oourt, to the C~-,.~ic~ el P~m~n Relations for a term expiring ~ngust 6, 1996. Mr. Scbacmer ~ the motion, and all vot- ed Aye. Mr. ~a~ms ~ooved the 1~c~.~3o~ of Far. Fred W. Kirk, 6319 Watermen, to the Board of Appeals for a term expiring August 1, 1997. Mr. Wagner seccm3ded the m~tion, which carried unanimously. Mr. Schocm~-v moved that Ccualcil confirm the alecti(m of Ma. Peggy Rosenthai, Baton Music, 6392 Delmav, and Mr. Rich Willi~w~, Plowsharing Crafts, 6271 Delma~, to tba University City ~ Special Dusin~ District Advisory Ccm- OATH OF O~'~'-(~ Mrs. Elizabeth L. Fitzgerald, a new appointee to the T.'lh'L"ary Board, was given the oath of office by the City Clerk. Mayor Majerus said the Council very much appreciates Mrs. Fitzgerald's will- ingness to serve as a member of tha T.'~hrary Board.
