The budget is balanced at $14,950,000, but <br />includes no mceley for capital i~provements, infrastructure rehabilitation, <br />equila~ent replacement or contingency. He said state legislative and judicial <br />decisions on various revem~_e sources are being awaitS; if positive, the City <br />can return to a good financial position. Otherwise, be will suggest that the <br />Council ask citizens for a property tax rate increase next spring. <br /> <br />Mrs. Elsie Glickert, 6712 Etzel, said alley refuse bc~ will be wearing out <br />soon, and as that happens they should be replaced by indivio~a] refuse boxes, <br />which have made a great difference in the cleanlir~= of tha City. She said <br />the alley refuse boxes are misused and she has ~n dump trucks putting large <br />items in or alongside the boxBs. With irrlivio~l b~xes, those wb~ misuse the <br />boxes my be cited. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of tb~ anNre] budget.
