<br />Resolution 2014 – 09 <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION, APRIL 8, 2014 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Municipal Election was held in the City of University City, Missouri, on <br />Tuesday, April 8, 2014; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following were candidates for the respective office as shown: <br /> <br /> Stephen E. Kraft Councilmember First Ward <br /> Jeff Hales Councilmember First Ward <br /> <br /> Michael Glickert Councilmember Second Ward <br /> Dennis Fuller Councilmember Second Ward <br /> <br /> Rod Jennings Councilmember Third <br /> Bwayne Smotherson Councilmember Third Ward <br /> <br /> Shelley Welsch Mayor <br /> Write-In Steve McMahon Mayor <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the laws of the State of Missouri, the City Charter, and <br />the Ordinances of the City of University City, and the rules and regulations promulgated <br />by the Board of Election Commissioners of St. Louis County from the forty-one precincts <br />in the City of University City, and upon certification by the City Clerk of the results of <br />said election held Tuesday, April 8, 2014, in the City of University City, and as <br />canvassed by the Council of said returns of said election, and it appearing that the votes <br />received are as follows: <br /> Number of Votes <br />Stephen E.
