Approval was recu,.,~na_ed of a site plan for a <br />second floor addition to the residence at 8317 Cornell. While larger than <br />many houses on the block, it will not adversely affect tb~ neighborhood. <br /> <br />Refuse Container Purchase (#4). Mrs. Txl~aL~son seconded <br />the motion, which carried unan/mously. <br /> <br />,Mr. ~a~ms arrived at this time. <br /> <br />SIX-MDNTH BUDdhA' TRANS~'~S <br /> <br />The city Manager reo.~kmL,erd:led a~::~3~ of budget tz-dnsfers adjusting revenue <br />and expenditure accounts in accordance with acln,al experience frcTa July 1 to <br />December 31, 1992. Electric utility tax revenue is less than expected, while <br />refuse fee collections, motor vehicle license, insurance refunds and golf <br />course revenue is hig~ler. There were antd~ticnal ex~_rrlitures for pool and <br />parks water supply; administration, legal and court personnel; unemployment <br />and workers c~uensation; Police vehicles; Fire Station repairs, and nerous <br />minor purchases. He said the contingency account will be reduced to $34,000 <br />for the next six months. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoc~er moved approval. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, and all voted <br />Aye. The list will be made part of the permanent record. Mayor Majerus said <br />it was interesting that half the City's contingency fund for an entire year <br />is $34,000, while sc~ne cities have a surplus of as much as $10 million. <br /> <br /> <br />
