Scbtmmn <br />Mr. Pad E. Sdle'm~r <br />Mrs. Betty L. ~h~L~m <br /> <br />Absent: Mayor Janet Majerus, wba was out of the City. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF MAYOR PRO <br /> <br />Mr. Schocmer moved the election of Mr. ~M~RB as Mayor Pro Ten for this meet- <br />ing. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schuman introduced Boy Scout Troop 102 fA~, E~4Chel Intheran Church and <br />their leader Mr. James ~z. Tna troop was attending tba meeting as part <br />of the rec~m~mements for their Citizen and O,....,.L,Lmity Merit Badge. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved that the minutes of Jamm~y 11, 1993, be approved as submit- <br />ted. Mr. Schocmer seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved the ap~omt of Mr. Robert O'Neil, 7050 Pershing, to the <br />Municipal Cl/Lm~ssion on Arts and Letters for a term expiring January 2, 1997. <br /> <br />pF~TFNDRR TO COUNCIL <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern ~aams reminded Council they have a study session scheduled for <br />Febn!~y 27, 1993, f=~L, 8 a.m. to noon at the UD/versity City Library. <br /> <br />~he City Manager said invitations to bid on special equilm~_nt for the Fire <br />Department were sent to two c~L%~nies, With the following response: <br /> <br /> <br />
