Mr. fhristc~ar J. Farsten, 9411 Old Bonh~e, representing the applicant, International Exchange Oorp., thou~t the rezoning was to apply to the whole parcel. The City Manager said that was in the original application, but the bill was prepared as Council requested, for the frunt half of the property. Plans, including parking, for the beck half m,-~t ocme before Council for ap- proval. Mr. Kersten asked if this bill could be passed nc~, but Mr. Ollen- dorff explained that requires an emBrgency clause and unanimous vote; if not unanimous the bill is defeated.
