Session 1781 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />May 8, 2000 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall on Monday, May 8, 2000, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Mr. Paul Schoomer <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was Frank OIlendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved approval of the regular session minutes from April 17, 2000. Mr. <br />Munkel seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - NEUROFIBROMATOSIS AWARENESS MONTH: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams read a proclamation declaring the month of May 2000 Neurofibromatosis <br />Awareness Month. The proclamation will become a permanent part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman moved approval of the proclamation. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, <br />which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - FAIR IN THE SQUARE ANNIVERSARY: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams read a proclamation honoring the Fair in the Square's 30th anniversary. The <br />Fair in the Square event will be held on May 21st. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman moved approval.
