CITY MANAGER’S REPORT <br /> <br />1. <br />Approval for the City Manager to sign contract with Consultant Lochmueller Group <br />chosen from staff’s pre-qualified consultant list. The contract provides a maximum <br />compensation of $27,100.00 for the design of curb ramps on nine City streets. <br />VOTE REQUIRED <br /> <br />2. <br />Approval of award for the Lewis Park – Phase 1 Improvements Project to Tramar <br />Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $316,727.33. The Municipal Park Grant Commission <br />share will be $202,090.95 and the City share will be $114,636.38. <br />VOTE REQUIRED <br /> <br />3. <br />Approval for the City Manager to enter into a contract with Graybar to complete the <br />Lewis Park – Phase 1 Improvements Electrical Works in the amount of $81,595.95. <br />The Municipal Park Grant Commission share will be $54,409.05 and the City share will <br />be $27,186.90. <br />VOTE REQUIRED <br /> <br />4. <br />Approval for the City Manager to sign the Encroachment Agreement with MSD for <br />building the permeable paver system on Parking Lot No. 4 over the MSD combined <br />sewer. <br />VOTE REQUIRED <br /> <br />
