RESOLUTION 2014 - 37 <br /> Resolution Authorizing an Agreement for the City's Annual Audit '€ <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of University City, Missouri, <br /> authorizes the Mayor to enter into an agreement for the City's Fiscal Year Annual Audit, <br /> for the Fiscal Years 2014, 2015 and 2016. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges the presentations given to <br /> Council at their July 14, 2014, City Council Study Session from: <br /> Rubin Brown <br /> Schmersahl Treloar & Co <br /> Schowalter & Jabouri, P.C. <br /> NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of University <br /> City authorizes the Mayor of the City of University City to enter into an agreement for <br /> the Fiscal Years 2014, 2015 and 2016 Annual Audit with Rubin Brown. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of August 2014. <br /> Shelley Wels , ayor <br /> Attest: <br /> Joyce Pumm, City Clerk <br /> • <br /> t. <br /> • <br />
