<br /> <br />MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />February 5, 2007 <br /> <br />At the Regular Council Session of the City Council of University City held in the <br />Chambers of the City Hall, on Monday, February 5, 2007, Mayor Adams called the <br />meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of <br />the Council were present: <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Mr. Byron Price <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were the City Manager, Ms. Julie Feier, Deputy City <br />Manager/Finance Director Ms. Janet Watson and Mr. Mike Williams from <br />Hochschild, Bloom & Co., University City’s audit firm. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />The amended minutes of January 18, 2007, Special Council Session were moved <br />for adoption by Mr. Price, seconded by Mr. Glickert and approved unanimously. <br />The amended minutes of January 22, 2007, Council Study Session were moved for <br />adoption by Mr. Sharpe, Jr., seconded by Mr. Price and approved unanimously. <br />The minutes of January 22, 2007, Regular Council Session were moved for <br />adoption by Ms. Brot, seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. and approved unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />Claire Medol Hyman was sworn in as a new member of the Arts and Letters <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Judith Baernstein was nominated by Ms. Ricci to the Urban Forestry Commission, <br />seconded by Mr. Price and approved unanimously. <br />Ted Slegesky was nominated by Mr. Glickert to the Urban Forestry Commission, <br />seconded by Ms. Brot and approved unanimously. <br />John Starbenz was nominated by Mayor Adams to the Parks’ Commission, <br />seconded by Mr. Wagner and approved unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />1. Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> The comprehensive plan update resolution was continued to the next <br /> Council meeting on February 26, 2007. <br />2. Ameren UE <br /> Mr. Price introduced a resolution dealing with Ameren UE’s failure to <br /> <br />C-1-a <br /> <br />
