The
City will no longer be required to provide street services to this property. Since this is in the
best interest of the City and the property owners, approval is recommended through the
adoption of the ordinance following the public hearing.

Mayor Adams opened the hearing at 7:40 p.m. and immediately closed it because of no
requests to speak.

AGENDA ITEM #3 - REQUEST FOR PERMIT TO SOLICIT - FUND FOR PUBLIC
INTEREST RESEARCH (MoPIRG):

The Fund for Public Interest Research is planning to conduct a door-to-door campaign on
behalf of MoPIRG (Missouri Public Interest Research Group) for the period July 5, 2000
through July 28, 2000.
