Survey <br />2033, Township 45, North Range 6 East, bounded on the North <br />and 'east by the Old Bonhormmne Road, on the South by Lafon <br />Avenue, and the South line of U. S. Survey 2033, ;,,est by <br />the :':est line of U. S. Survey 2033, <br />dated the 16th day of October A. D. 1924, and duly executed by Antonia ':Iolff, of <br />the County of St. Louis, the record o"vner thereof, together ,:with the Deed of <br />Restrictions of the 16th day of October, A.
