fr <br /> BILL NUMBER <br /> ORDINANCE NUMBER <br /> a AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRDCTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO #dPARE <br /> PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND AN ESTIMATE OF THE WHOLE COST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> THE NECESSARY SEWER OR SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NUMBER THIRTY-SIX (36). <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF UNIPERSITY CITY, <br /> MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1, The City Engineer is hereby authorised and directed to pre- <br /> pare and submit to the Board of Aldermen plans, specifications and an estimate <br /> of the whole cost of constructing the necessary sewer or sewers in Sewer District <br /> Number Thirty-Six (36), established by Ordinance Number 889, approved the 5th <br /> day of December, A. D. 1923. <br /> SECTION 2. Ordinance Number 9060 approved the tenth day of January, A. D. <br /> 1924, be and the same is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 3, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br /> Passed this —day of A.
