1 BILL NUMBER 1242 ORDINANCE NUMBER 1152 I AN ORDINANCE EXPRESSING THE CITY'S DESIRE TO TARE AND APPROPRIATE A PRIVATE SEWER TO BE INCORPORATED INTO AND MADE PART OF NORTH AND SOUTH JOINT SEWER DISTRICT S13WER SYSTEM; AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ASCERTAIN AND DETERMINE, THE PROPER AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION TO BE PAID FOR SUCH PRIVATE SEWER AND TO SUBMIT IN WRITING DETAILED WORT THEREOF TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF"tA` TTY " MISSOURIO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the City of University Cityp desiring to take and appropriate a private sewer and incorporate the same into and make it a part of NORTH AND SOUTH JOINT SEWER DISTRICT SEWER SYSTEM in said Cityo the City Engineer is authorized and directed to ascertain and determine the proper amount of compen- sation to be paid for such private server and to submit detailed written report thereof to this Board of Aldermen, said private sewer to be taken and appropriated by said City for server purposes is described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of the North and South public alley in Block One (1) of New Delmar Heights .Subdivision of the City of University City, Missouriv Ten (10) feet North of the North line of Delmar Boulevard; thence Southwardly along said center line and the Southerly prolongation thereof to the center line of Delmar Boulevard; thence Eastwardly along Delmar Boulevard to North and South Boulevard; thence Southwardly along North and South Boule- vard to a point Fifty.Four and Five-tenths (54.5) feet more or less South of the South line of Delmar Boulevard.' Comprising Fifty (50) Lin. Ft. of 48" Diam. Segment Block Sewer;One Hundred Twenty-Tyro (122) Lin. Ft. of Thirty-Six (36) Inch Diam, Vitrified Pipe Sewer One Hundred One (101) Lin. Ft. of Thirty (30) Inch Diam. Vitrified Pipe Sewer, Including all manholes and appurtenances.
